At the invitation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla, the President of the Republic and Mrs. Brigitte Macron paid a State Visit to the United Kingdom from July 8 to 10, 2025.
This State Visit is the first by a leader of the European Union since Brexit. It follows the State Visit of Their Majesties to France in September 2023.
The visit aimed to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the two countries around key issues.
