On the eve of the opening of VivaTech, President Emmanuel Macron gathered France's top artificial intelligence talents at the Elysée Palace on Tuesday.  

Ahead of the event, the French head of State closed the Seoul Artificial Intelligence Summit by videoconference, where he announced the dates of a forthcoming AI Action Summit to be held in France on February 10 and 11, 2025.

The French President presented his guidelines for going even further to make France an AI powerhouse, by attracting top talent, securing its own computing power and infrastructure, and accelerating the collective adoption of safe AI built with its values, by citizens and the state.

This event follows on from the 7th Choose France Summit, where seven investment projects in new technologies, such as the 4 billion euros announced by Microsoft, confirm France's central position in Europe.
