The President toured the exhibition halls, stopping at key pavilions, including the European Digital Ocean Pavilion, the France – Three Oceans Pavilion, and the Cryosphere Pavilion for the launch of the Decade of Action for Cryosphere Science.
During the week before the conference, three high-level events were held between Nice and Monaco: the One Ocean Science Congress, the Blue Economy and Finance Forum, and the Coastal Cities and Regions Summit, drawing participants worldwide.
