Personal data collected in forms and calls for contributions
The AI Action Summit team collects personal data (name, email address, phone number, gender, position) in forms and calls to contributions. Mandatory personal data are mentioned in each form or call. The processing of these data aims to: enable preparatory work, organize and hold the summit, communicate about other events linked to the summit or more generally with AI.
The legal basis for this processing is consent. The data are securely stored as structured files held by the AI Action Summit team. Each collection contains as little data as possible (data minimization).
The data will be shared with partners and subcontractors of the AI Action Summit team on a strict need to know basis, and for the same purposes. These data will not be used for commercial purposes. The data will remain within the European Union (EU), and will be kept for a maximum duration of 5 years.
