Created by the pastry team of the palace, under the direction of Fabrice Desvignes, our range of desserts bears iconic names, such as the Jardin d’Hiver or the chocolate tart Escalier de l’Empereur. These refined pastries are the result of artisanal know-how and a constant quest for excellence.

Our dessert menu is complemented by gourmet plates composed of fine chocolates from the prestigious Alain Ducasse Manufactures.

In summer, let yourself be seduced by our ice creams and sorbets, handcrafted in Paris. Among our frozen delights, you will find Peruvian chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut praline, and raspberry-currant sorbet.

The Café de la Maison Élysée offers a lunch formula featuring quiches signed by Christophe Haton, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Two choices of quiches, accompanied by green salad, are available on-site or to take away.

Created by Cédric Chabaudie, winner of the pâté-en-croûte brotherhood prize, under the direction of Fabrice Desvignes, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d’Or, the pâté-en-croûte is served every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. A new recipe is offered each month.

Our signature coffee, created by Malongo, is a complex blend of 100% Arabica coffee. Each cup combines notes of red fruits, apricot, and licorice. Malongo is committed to fair trade and organic farming, ensuring environmentally friendly practices and fair working conditions for producers. Roasted in the Alpes-Maritimes by artisans, this coffee preserves the richness and complexity of its aromas.

Discover the teas and infusions specially designed in Normandy for the Élysée boutique   : the green tea "Petit déjeuner à l’Élysée," the tea "Earl Grey à la française," and the hibiscus flower infusion. Each ingredient is carefully selected to offer you a unique taste experience. The tea is also available in a refreshing iced version.

Renowned in the world of gastronomy and present on the tables of the greatest chefs, Patrick Font fruit juices perfectly complement our menu. Made from local products carefully harvested in season and in France, the fruits used come from farms committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
