The pastries change with the seasons and the Chef's inspiration.

Chocolates and ice creams signed Alain Ducasse

Our dessert menu is complemented by gourmet plates composed of fine chocolates from the prestigious Alain Ducasse Manufactures. In summer, let yourself be seduced by our ice creams and sorbets, handmade in Paris. Among our frozen delights, you will find Peruvian chocolate or the three vanillas.

Pierre Hermé Paris x Élysée macarons

Discover at the café the Élysée macarons, born from an exclusive collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris. These delights, made from 100% French ingredients, come in three formulas: coffee, tea or accompanied by a glass of champagne. Their unique recipe combines Corsican lemon cream, vanilla ganache from New Caledonia and a touch of orange blossom from Grasse. To take away, these macarons are presented in boxes in the colors of the French flag, making each tasting a tribute to French excellence.

The iconic pâté en croûte by the Élysée's Chef

Created under the direction of Fabrice Desvignes, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d'Or, the pâté en croûte is served every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A new recipe is offered each month. Probably one of the best pâtés en croûte in Paris, to be enjoyed as soon as possible!

Quiches prepared by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France

The Café de la Maison Élysée offers a lunch formula around quiches signed by Christophe Haton, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Two choices of quiches, accompanied by green salad, are offered on site or to take away.

Teas and infusions by Kusmi Tea created for the Élysée

Dive into the refreshing world of our exclusive beverage, specially designed for the Élysée boutique. The infusion combines green tea and mate, enriched with notes of lemon and lemongrass.

The result? A fruity and tonic organic recipe. Made with care in Normandy, this drink embodies excellence and authenticity.

Signature coffee and Malongo matcha

Our signature coffee made by Malongo is a complex blend of 100% Arabica coffee. Each cup combines notes of red fruits, apricot and licorice.

Made from local products carefully harvested in season and in France, the fruits used come from farms committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
