Access

What are the opening hours of Maison Elysée ?

The Maison Elysée is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.

Can I have free access?

Admission is free for all visitors.

I have a disability, can I access the museum?

The entire Maison Elysée (exhibition rooms, shop, café) is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Can I come by bike ? Where can I park it ?

The nearest Vélib stations are Petit Palais station n°8001, Roquépine- Malesherbes station n°8015.

Bike parking spaces are available at 16 Rue du Faubourg Saint- Honoré and 10 Rue des Saussaies. 

Which is the nearest metro station ?

There are 2 stations close by (10-minute walk) : Champs-Elysées-Clemenceau (1, 13) and Miromesnil (9, 13). 

Can I bring my scooter?

Please note that scooters (for adults or children) are not permitted.

You will not be able to enter the building with a scooter.

Are pushchairs accepted within Maison Elysée?

 Pushchairs are not allowed in the museum space.

Is there a car park reserved for visitors ?

There is no reserved parking at the museum, but several nearby public car parks are available.

Can i book for a group of people ?

Access for groups is free, subject to availability.

Cloakroom

Can I drop off a piece of luggage or bulky item at the cloakroom?

There is no cloakroom service.

Bulky items such as suitcases or bulky bags are not allowed.

Visit

How long does a visit last, on average?

A visit to the museum area lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Do you offer guided tours?

Guided tours of the Élysée Palace are offered for groups only, in French and English. They take place from Tuesday to Friday at 10:15 AM and 11:30 AM (duration: 1 hour). Please consult the website of our partner Manatour for reservations.

Can I take photographs of the works?

Photographs are permitted in the museum, shop and café area without a tripod or flash.

Can minors visit the museum unaccompanied?

Yes over the age of 15.

Can I come with my dog or cat?

Only guide dogs for the blind or partially sighted are permitted.

Café

Is it possible to reserve a table at the café?

It is possible to book a table at the café online on TheFork. Booking is mandatory on Saturday.

However, it is not possible to reserve a specific dish.

Is it possible to take away ?

Sweet and savory offer is available for takeaway.

What methods of payment are accepted?

The methods of payment accepted are bank cards (Visa or Mastercard), cash and cheques. 

I'd like to work at the venue, how do I proceed?

Job and internship offers are published on the Join us page of the elysee.fr website.

Is there Wi-Fi and plugs for my computer or telephone ?

The Maison Elysée provides a free Wi-Fi connection. Plugs are available in the café.

I lost a personal item during my visit. Where can I find it?

Lost and found items are deposited at the cash desk. 

Exceptional measures

The establishment reserves the right to temporarily postpone your arrival due to presidential activity.

In this case, we will ask you to wait in the rue de Duras until we can welcome you.

Shop

Can I exchange an item purchased online at the store?

For all products purchased on https://boutique.elysee.fr/ please contact the customer service (Contact us). It is indeed not possible to exchange these products in the physical store.

I would like to buy a specific item in the store. How can I know if it is in stock?

We cannot communicate about the availability of products in the store.
