Where can I find the Summit program and full details of the speakers, objectives and key themes?

In February 10th and 11th, 2025, France will host the third international summit dedicated to artificial intelligence, referred to as “AI Action Summit”.

A number of events have already opened up or will open up in the run-up to the Summit: i.e. « the Road to the Summit », consisting in events organized around the world in connection with the Summit's key themes. For almost a week in February, Paris will host a series of events in connection with artificial intelligence, culminating in the Summit.

-    On February 6th and 7th, the Institut Polytechnique of Paris will be holding AI Science days. This invitation-only meeting of international researchers will provide an opportunity to discuss the links between scientific research and AI.

-    On February 8th and 9th, the focus will be on culture and AI, with dedicated events organized in Paris for people arriving before the Summit. Part of this event will also be open to the general public. The program will be released in January.

-    The Summit will kick off on February 10th at 8:30 a.m. at the Grand Palais with a series of on-site meetings dedicated to civil society: business leaders, associations, NGOs, researchers and artists invited from over 80 countries will be able to take part. These exchanges will take the form of high-level conferences, round-table discussions, presentations, and opportunities for bilateral meetings. Exchanges will be held in French and English.

-    On February 11th, you will have access to side-events organized in Paris. The program of these events will be announced shortly.

Can I participate as a speaker?

The Summit will be organized in such a way as to allow a large number of speakers to participate. If you have not been contacted to take part in a round table, you will be able to participate in other sequences: workshops and bilateral meetings. Does the Summit cover my travel and hotel expenses?

Guests invited to the AI Action Summit are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Access to this international event is free of charge.
You will find, at the link opposite, a selection of hotels for which you can benefit from a preferential booking rate based on your invitation to the AI Action Summit: https://sommet-ia.bnetwork.com/Home.aspx. Please note that booking these hotels is your responsibility, and that the Summit organizing team will not be involved in the booking process at any time. Please also note that this is only a suggestion and that you are free to book any other accommodation of your choice for your stay in Paris.

When do I need to plan my outward and return flights to be able to take part in all the events?

Below is a summary of the highlights of the AI Week that will frame the Summit, so that you can best adapt your bookings:

How do I obtain a visa?

Visa applications to come to France are the responsibility of each guest.

Can I give my invitation to another person?

Invitation to the Summit is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Can I invite other persons?

Invitation to the Summit is personal and valid for one person only.

Can I join my country’s delegation?

Official delegations led by Heads of State and Government will be restricted and limited to their collaborators. There will be no business delegations within them.

Can I attend both days of the Summit?

Your invitation to the Grand Palais is valid for February 10th. The morning of February 11th will be dedicated to the plenary session of the Heads of State and Government attending the Summit.

During the day, you will have access to a series of side-events organized in Paris. The list of these events will be sent to you shortly.

Can I attend remotely? Will the Summit be broadcast live?

It will not be possible to attend any of the Summit sessions remotely. However, some debates will be broadcast live over the Internet. This information will be sent to you shortly.
