From April 7, 2026, gourmets will be able to savor an exceptional pastry creation: "Marianne: A Stroll in the Park." Designed under the direction of Fabrice Desvignes, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d'Or, this ephemeral pastry promises a unique gastronomic experience, inspired by the gardens of the Palace.
Rosé champagne, rare in pastry-making, is the star ingredient of this creation. It infuses the biscuit, structures the whipped cream, and flavors the creamy filling, adding a touch of elegance and freshness. Around it, a harmony of textures and flavors:
- An almond crunch for the crunch
- Pieces of raspberries, red currants, and blueberries for freshness
- A juicy and tangy red currant confit
- A shiso syrup for an original note
- A white chocolate and lime zest coating for lightness
This creation is part of the daily and limited production of the Palace's pastries. For lovers of refined sweetness, it will be possible to enjoy it at the café or to take it away upon request.
