Starting January 20th, the café of the Maison Élysée invites you to discover a new pastry creation: the all-chocolate Saint-Honoré. This emblematic dessert of French pastry is revisited with elegance and a gourmet touch.

Born in the 19th century on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, the Saint-Honoré pays tribute to the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs, as well as to the address of the famous Parisian pastry shop that invented it.

It consists of a fine caramelized puff pastry, choux filled with a chocolate cream made with 64% Madagascar Manjari chocolate, infused with buckwheat, and a hazelnut crunch.

Come and taste this revisited pastry at the café of the Maison Palace, located on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré !
