Following the refurbishment of our museum space, the Maison Élysée café is also getting a little update. From Tuesday, 18 February, our menu will feature two new pâtisseries: a Basque cake with blackberry jam, and a caramel and exotic fruit éclair – desserts imagined by the palace’s head chef and pastry chef.
As for drinks, after its green tea and herbal infusion, Kusmi Tea now offers a new twist on a timeless classic: Earl Grey. This black tea combines the traditional notes of Earl Grey with the floral softness of orange blossom and the tangy hint of bergamot. It’s an elegant blend both in flavour and appearance, featuring colours reminiscent of the national flag. This exclusive blend is also available to purchase in the Maison Élysée boutique.
The Maison Élysée café is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
